Endless Noise recently announced the appointment of
CELIA WILLIAMS to its staff as Executive Producer. Appointed to the position of Head of Broadcast Production in July of last year, Williams
joined DDB New York as an executive producer in early 2001 and worked on top agency accounts, including Exxon Mobil, Hershey and Philips. She produced for DDB Chicago for ten years prior to that,
handling jobs for Anheuser-Busch, McDonald's and Qwest, among many others.
