Maggie Smith Jumps From Arnold To Toth + Co

Branding agency Toth + Co has named Maggie Smith SVP  Director of Brand and Marketing, the first appointment since the death of the Boston-based agency's founder Mike Toth last December.

Founded 30 years ago, the closely-held agency reps clients including Tommy Hilfiger, Coach, Keds, Nautica, Timex, Ralph Lauren, J.Crew, Wrangler, NYDJ, L.L.Bean and Hyatt brands.

In this new position, Smith is responsible for all client partnerships as well as business development efforts. 
Smith joined the agency from Arnold Worldwide, part of Havas Group, where she most recently held the position of VP, Marketing Director overseeing agency accounts within the footwear, apparel and banking industries.

She began her career at Carlson & Partners, now Roberts + Langer DDB, a boutique Omnicom advertising agency located in New York City.

Smith said that Toth has “such a rich history of brand-building and unique niche within the fashion/lifestyle space. Toth’s ability to design ‘complete brand experiences’ is more relevant than ever in today’s omnichannel landscape. I’m excited to be a part of delivering these solutions for our clients.”
