Horizon Media announced that
CARMEN BURGESS has joined the agency as a senior buyer in the Los Angeles office. Burgess joins Horizon from Carat where she was most recently a senior buyer
for the local broadcast markets. Her duties included negotiating TV, radio and cable time in several top 10 markets for clients like Jack in the Box, Quizno’s, Hyundai/Kia, Coors, Hardee’s and Pfizer.
Prior to joining Carat, Burgess was a senior buyer at Focus Media.
