MIKE DOLAN, worldwide CEO and chairman of
Young & Rubicam since 2000, is stepping down and is being replaced by former Kraft executive
ANN FUDGE. Dolan has been at WPP Group's Y&R
since 1996, when he joined as vice chairman and chief financial officer. Fudge is a former president of a Kraft division that handled beverages, desserts and Post cereal.
