Saks Fifth Avenue and Lord & Taylor Turn to Personalization

Hudson’s Bay Co., the company that owns Saks Fifth Avenue and Lord & Taylor as well as department stores in Canada, is using personalized webpages and email, as well as through in-store mobile offers to help drive engagement. The company revealed that customers that interact with a store both digitally and physically during a single transaction spend 2-4x as much revenue.
