When Hillary Rodham Clinton last campaigned for president, she had a robust email list. In fact, when the campaign wound down in 2008 her database had 2.5 million email addresses. Today, less than
100,000 of those email addresses are still active. Her campaign is actively trying to acquire new emails since contributions from small donors, many of which come via email, are strategic to her
fundraising efforts.
