
McCann Worldgroup has named Nannette LaFond-Dufour as Chief Client Officer, a
new position at the agency.
LaFond-Dufour has been president of the McCann Beauty Team, McCann's network of over 500 beauty specialists in 70+ markets that
service L’Oréal Paris. She will continue to oversee L’Oréal as part of her expanded role and will relocate from Paris to New York where she will report to MWG
Chairman and CEO Harris Diamond.
As Chief Client Officer, LaFond-Dufour will oversee McCann’s worldwide accounts to coordinate resources and develop integration plans for those accounts
across Worldgroup’s disciplines, practices and regions.
“Our clients are increasingly looking to McCann, whatever the discipline, geography or category, to help them solve
their communications and marketing challenges around the world,” said Diamond. “Through her leadership on our worldwide L’Oréal business and her extensive background
across many brand categories, Nannette has consistently demonstrated a deep understanding of global marketing.”

A 25-year-plus agency veteran, Lafond-Dufour has helped develop
global campaigns for blue chip clients such as Nestlé, Pepsi, Philips Electronics, Pfizer Pharmaceuticals, Johnson & Johnson and Procter & Gamble. She has worked in senior positions in
New York, Chicago, Paris and Detroit.
