ROBERT TROUTBECK, president of Troutbeck Chernoff in Toronto, Ontario, to succeed retiring chairman
MICHAEL BROWNER. Troutbeck will serve the remainder of Browner's one-year term and become eligible for re-election at the November 2004 board meeting.
