FCB West added five to its creative department. Chris Parson joined the agency as copywriter. Previously, he worked on Target account at 72andSunny, along with Kardashian Kollection, Sears and Roberto
Cavalli. Ursula Tran was named creative manager and previously worked at EVB, AKQA and Goodby, Silverstein & Partners. Art director Drew Meiser and copywriter Frank Fusco, previously of Goodby,
Silverstein & Partners, joined FCB West from Edelman Digital, where they won Gold and Silver Cannes Lions for the "Adobe Murder Mystery" campaign. The duo also worked on brands like Cisco,
Frito-Lay and Comcast. Kelly McCullough, a creative director who worked with FCB West chief creative officer Karin Onsager-Birch on the Kayak.com account when they both worked at Goodby, Silverstein
& Partners, has been freelancing at FCB West since May and will start full-time in September. She most recently worked at Arnold in Boston on the Jack Daniel's, Carnival and Progressive accounts.
"Chris, Ursula, Drew, Frank and Kelly grew up with the same high creative standards I was raised with and all bring energy to the work that we are anxious to employ," said Onsager-Birch. "But more
than that, they look at things through a digital filter. They're savvy about popular culture and bring inventive social thinking that will make our work eminently more sharable."
