THOMAS J. MANNION as vice president, sales. Mannion joins Solbright from Prism Media Networks, which he founded in 2002. From January 1999 to July 2001, he was
co-founder and executive vice president of sales for Phase2Media Inc. an Internet sales and marketing company.
