State Dept. Who Set Up Hillary Clinton Email Server Won't Testify

Brian Pagliano, the former State Department employee who helped Hillary Clinton set up her private email server, has taken the Fifth. Magliano's attorneys sent a letter to the oversight committee this week explaining that he will not testify at next week's hearing.
