Initiative, the IPG Mediabrands agency, has appointed Nick Childs
as global chief creative officer.
The agency said Childs was brought on board to oversee “creative story-building and trans-media content development.”
Jim
Elms, global CEO of Initiative, said that Childs’ “exceptional talent and unique ability to craft stories that set brands apart will provide a huge boost to the agency.”
Previously, Childs was executive creative director at FleishmanHillard, part of Omnicom.
“In the past decade, we’ve seen the rise of integrated, strategically driven creative
ideas that stretch across all media,” said Childs. “Initiative has a huge opportunity to add to that growth.”
