Using the Words Choice & Choose in the Subject Line Can Increase Revenues: Experian

Adding the word "choice" or "choose" to a subject line can help increase sales. In fact, according to new metrics from Experian Marketing Services, these words generated 22 percent more revenue per email than on average and 46 percent higher transaction rates than other emails. The research also revealed that emails with a customer’s first name in the subject line had a 20 percent above average open rate.
