Engagement Drives Conversion: IBM

Engagement helps drive conversion, according to a new report from IBM. IBM's 2015 Email Marketing Metrics Benchmark Study, which includes email marketing trends from some 3,000 brands across the globe, found that customers demand "perfect moments" from brands which includes things like deals on items in real time on the right devices.
