Ray Kelly's NYPD Emails Accidentally Deleted

Former New York City Police Commissioner Raymond Kelly’s emails were deleted off of his official computer were unintentionally according to lawyers representing NYPD in a federal class-action lawsuit. The city's legal department denied any wrongdoing and explained that the emails were lost when NYPD staffers replaced Kelly's computer.
