L.A.-based Barons Media has launched a proprietary supply-side (SSP) platform. Barons plans to offer a full stack of technology behind its RTB-compliant SSP and servers in multiple regions
around the world, said Peter Tran, director of technology, in a release.
Barons joins a crowded field including DoubleClick for Publishers, Adform, OpenX, PubMatic, Rubicon Project, AppNexus,
Right Media and AOL.
With its acquisition of Monarch Ads in October (ranked No. 21 on comScore's Video
Metrix), Barons appears bent on extending its reach.
