Walczak, previously GM of IPONWEB's BidSwitch, will lead Light Reaction as it extends its product offerings, tech, geographic footprint and client roster.
Light Reaction, launched last June, uses a “pay-per-performance” model. Combined with the data capabilities of Xaxis, Light Reaction aims to bring insight into how audiences perceive, relate and react to advertising, MediaPost Agency Daily reported.
