Drexler/Fajen & Partners, a leading management
consultant specializing in media reviews, Tuesday announced it is broadening its coverage of digital media to “address the changing needs and requirements of advertisers.”
As part of the expansion, agency and marketing vet Mike Atkin is joining the firm. Atkin, who previously was CMO of Lands End, where he helped steer the brick-and-mortar retailer deep into
ecommerce, also served in top positions at major agencies including JWT, DDB, Needham and notably as direct of research and insights at Omnicom Media Group, where he developed an early “channel
planning” system that integrated digital and traditional media.
In 2012 he founded consultancy Michael Atkin Communications, advising marketers, agencies and media
companies.
D/F&P’s expansion follows an epic year in media agency reviews, and a progression of increasing complexity in the media services landscape.
