Millennials & Teens Prefer to Hear From Brands Via Email

Sixty-eight percent of teens and 73 percent of millennials think that brand communications should come through email, according to a new report from Adestra. The research also found that 86 percent of respondents use smartphones to check email. Interestingly, only half of teens and millennials check their phones for email notifications, revealing that most older adults are also checking email on smartphones.
