Defense Secretary Used Personal Email During Clinton Scandal

Defense Secretary Ash Carter occasionally used a personal email account for official business through September 2015, well into Hillary Clinton's email scandal. The revelations come after the Pentagon made some of Carter's emails public as part of a a Freedom of Information Act request.
