Tech startup Clearbit has launched a new app called Connect
that aims to replace the popular email add-in features that LinkedIn removed from Rapportive. The new tool
includes a handful of APIs that search the web and other public data sources for information about people and companies. App users can use this information for various things such as to find
sales leads or to compliance checks.
