
Nativo named Eugene Cherny, formerly product manager-video at AdsGoogle, as the company's new VP of product.
At Google, Cherny managed
the TrueView In-display and YouTube Masthead ad units. In his new gig, he'll lead the product team, including strategy and development.
Digital advertising has relied on interruptive tactics for too long, Cherny stated, adding that "Nativo provides [publishers and advertisers] with what they need: a platform
that makes content-based advertising easy."
Nativo, an ad platform that helps publishers manage native ad placements across their media properties, counts Time
Inc., Hearst, WebMD, Ford and P&G as clients.
