British telecomm BT forwarded the outgoing email from its customers’ accounts into one user's email address. Many customers noticed that their emails were being returned
with error messages explaining that they couldn't be delivered to stevewebb2@btinternet.com. Yet no one had sent Steve Webb an email. BT explained that the issue stemmed from a test that went
wrong.
