Hotels Could Learn From Airlines When it Comes to Email

Hotels can do more to improve the email experience, according to analysis from hotel CRM firm Guestjoy. The company analyzed 50,000 emails sent by hotels and determined that while hotels are good at sending transactional emails, these hospitality companies could do more to follow up. This includes sending welcome emails, newsletters, and review requests after a guest has stayed in the property.
