A consumer rights group based in Santa Monica, CA has built a searchable database of emails sent between Gov. Jerry Brown’s top aides and employees
at Pacific Gas & Electric. Consumer Watchdog posted the emails on a new website called PUCPapers.org. The goal is to shed a light on the utility company's relationship with the government
before the 2010 gas pipeline explosion in San Bruno.
