ADAM GARGANI as executive vice president, director of planning in its New York office. Gargani will be responsible for helping shape and
lead the role of strategic planning with 141's clients, focusing on the R.J. Reynolds and Imperial Tobacco businesses. Prior to joining 141, Gargani spent 15 years with Foote, Cone & Belding,
where his client experience included Tropicana, Rayovac batteries, Universal Studios, and Winston cigarettes.
