Cybersecurity firm Stroz Friedberg has developed a new tool that allows companies to detect leaks, theft or sabotage among employees by reading their email. There are already tools on the market that
can detect keywords in emails such as "embezzle" or "I hate this job," but the new tool goes beyond this. The tool analyzes employee frustration by looking at
syntactic and grammatical clues,
