Swiftpage has expanded its CRM and email marketing software, Act!, to Europe, aimed at small- to-medium-sized businesses (SMBs).
Customer relationship management (CRM) platforms offer marketers and sales professionals a home base to collect, manage and analyze customer contact information, behavior and digital relationships. CRM assists with customer retention and sales automation.
CRM-targeted marketing campaigns have also been shown to increase email marketing return on investment (ROI) by providing more relevant content. Some 83% of marketers leverage CRM data in their campaigns, according to Salesforce’s 2016 State of Marketing Report, and the company’s Advertising Index Report relays that CRM-targeted campaigns see a 27% boost in engagement when compared to traditional campaigns.
Features available through the platform in Europe include a bundled installation of the Act! Web API and Act! Premium for Web. The combination gives businesses the tools to do their own integrations between Act!’s contact management software and any other technology tools being utilized by the business.
Swiftpage also provides consultants to help businesses create customized integrations to get more power from their content management software, if needed.
The latest version is now available in French and German in addition to English. The platform can be deployed on premise or hosted in the cloud.
