Ash Carter Won't be Investigated for Personal Email Use at Work

Defense Secretary Ash Carter will not be investigated for using his personal email account to conduct official business. Nonprofit watchdog group Campaign for Accountability had asked the inspector general to investigate Carter back in April, but the office has decided not to follow up.
