Library of Congress Issues Seeks Email Cloud Service

The Library of Congress wants to move its email service to the cloud after the agency's servers suffered a DoS attack. The agency filed an RFP looking to lear more about a SaaS Cloud Computing Email Solution. The responses should focus on the specifics of email functions including archiving, collaboration and advanced litigation support services.
