John Kerry Meets With Russian Diplomat to Discuss DNC Email Hack

Secretary of State John Kerry discussed the DNC email hack with Russia's top diplomat Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov at a meeting in Laos. He told Lavrov that the FBI was investigating the attack and was looking into potential threats from Russia, without specifically accusing Russia for the attack.
