Melissa Levine, a Los Angeles-based television researcher, has filed a class-action lawsuit against Glassdoor after the company exposed that she was looking for a job in a mass email. the company
sent out a terms of service update last week and instead of bccing users, cced everyone on the list. Levine claims that the site violated state privacy laws by including her email address in the CC
field.
