AKQA promoted Rachel Barek to general manager of its Washington, D.C. office, up from director of client services. She is responsible for helping clients with ideas, products and services as well as
continuing to develop the culture and client relationships. Barek will continue to report to Erik Rogstad, managing director, AKQA. She has worked at AKQA for the past six years.

has several of the most successful and longest-tenured client relationships in our company's history, and Rachel's passion and focus on client services has played a large part in that," said Rogstad.
