Seventy-three percent of millennials prefer email as a way for brands to contact them, according to research from Venture Beat. The company predicts that this demographic will have $200
billion in spending power by next year and that this demographic will influence email marketing. At the same time, the research revealed that email marketers have work to do: only 50 percent of
email marketers think their needs are effectively met by current providers and 78 percent of marketers report issues with list growth.
