Data storage firm Seagate is being sued by its own employees after private employee data was exposed when an employee fell for a phishing scam. The electronics maker has been accused of malpractice
and negligent handling of data, which put its employees at risk. The company fell victim to a phishing scam back in March and mistakenly handed over W2 forms to scammers posing as the IRS.
