Microsoft Outlook Outage Leaves Some Users Without Service

A recent update to Microsoft's Outlook.com cloud service has left a number of users in the dust. A number of users have complained about not being able to access their accounts even if their accounts are hosted on third-party servers such as their company's private server or an ISP's mail server. Microsoft has not commented on the issue, which arose after the company updated its cloud service.
