Clinton Writes Responses to Watchdog's Questions Over Email Server

Hillary Clinton has written responses to 25 questions from the conservative group Judicial Watch in regards to her use of a personal email server while serving as Secretary of State. In the responses, Clinton explained that she chose to use the server in early 2009 "for the purpose of convenience" and doesn't remember "specific consultations" about using that account to conduct State Department business.
