IBM has introduced a new digital tool for marketers called the Watson Virtual Agent, a cognitive conversational technology that helps brands create conversational virtual
agents. Staples is using the new tool to communicate with customers that need help while shopping on its site. Customers can hit the Staples Easy Button in order to access one of these
virtual agents via app, email, text or Facebook Messengers. The virtual agent uses deep natural language processing capabilities to help.
