Mistress hired Iyana Sarrafieh as director of social media, a new position. She reports to agency founding creative partner Damien Eley and is charged with leading the agency's social media practice.
Sarrafieh began her career in New York as a social strategy, brand channel manager at Translation. Most recently, she served as associate director, social media at Deep Focus and a strategic planner
and social media strategist at Zambezi, both in Los Angeles. She has worked on brands including Neutrogena, Samsung, Intel, Adidas/TaylorMade Golf, The Honest Company, Coca-Cola/fruitwater, State Farm
and Bud Light Platinum.
