Rauxa named Erika Williams as vice president of business strategy. She will be based out of the agency's New York office and lead its business development team. Williams will also oversee select
marketing initiatives and strategic partnerships. Most recently, she was chief marketing officer at Life is Beautiful Music & Art Festival, where she led partnerships with entertainment properties
throughout the West Coast.
Prior to that, Williams handled marketing programs for PMK-BNC, Cornerstone Agency and Momentum Worldwide, creating campaigns for Microsoft, Diageo, LG Electronics,
American Express, T-Mobile, Perrier-Jouët Champagne, Cole Haan, Louis XIII de Rémy Martin Cognac and DeLeón Tequila.
