A federal judge has reversed a military panel's decision to fire a Marine that used his private Yahoo account to send an email with classified information. The warning about a corrupt Afghan
official that he sent to colleagues was not taken seriously and three Marines were killed after he sent the email. The Marine was fired for mishandling classified data but according to the judge the
Board of Inquiry did not follow its own regulations.
