Epsilon announced on Thursday that Wayne Townsend has been promoted to president of the technology group.

In his new post, Townsend will lead global sales, client services and delivery teams in support of Epsilon’s CRM, email, loyalty, digital experience, strategy and insights offerings. He will report directly to Epsilon/Conversant CEO Bryan Kennedy and be based out of Epsilon’s Wakefield, Mass. office.

Townsend was previously the company's managing director, digital delivery. Before joining Epsilon, Townsend was CEO of ClickSquared.
