Attorneys for both The State Department and former Hillary Clinton aide Cheryl Mills are fighting back against a conservative group's push to release video depositions made in a lawsuit against Clinton's use of a private email account. The attorneys asked U.S. District Court Judge Emmet Sullivan not to repeal an order which has barred the publication of the videos which were made in the case brought by watchdog group Judicial Watch. Transcripts of the depositions have already been made public.
