Hackers Hijack Phone Numbers to Hack Into Email

Hackers have found a way to break into people's email accounts using their phone numbers. Simply by having a phone number and details such as a person's Gmail, Yahoo Mail, iCloud, Dropbox, Evernote, Facebook or Twitter, hackers have found ways to assume the identity of the person to customer service people through social engineering. Once they gain access, these cyber thieves have been able to break into online bank accounts and have even blackmailed users with private data found in these accounts.
