Judge Orders to Homeland Security Officials to Hand Over Private Emails in Suit

A federal judge has ordered four officials from Department of Homeland Security to save emails from their private email accounts as part of a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit. U.S. District Court Judge Randolph Moss told the current and former employees to copy relevant messages to thumb drives. The Justice Department said that the four men plan to comply.
