European Retailer Enters U.S., Using Direct Mail and Email

Gaggenau, a European appliance maker, pulled open rates of over 60% with follow-up emails for a pop-up restaurant event. The U.S. campaign started with direct mail, DMN reports. Its customers lead “an epicurean lifestyle.”
