Microsoft Calls For Digital Geneva Convention

Microsoft President Brad Smith has called for a Digital Geneva Convention to create protections against cyber attacks. Its role would be similar to that of the International Atomic Energy Agency in nuclear non-proliferation, and it would protect governments, companies and individuals, CIO Today reports. Smith spoke at the RSA security industry conference.
