Mailgun Is Spinning Off From Rackspace

Mailgun, an email delivery service, will be spun off from Rackspace, which acquired it in 2012. In addition, Mailgun has raised $50 million in new financing with the participation of Turn/River Capital, Scaleworks and Rackspace.
