Marketers Face Personalization, Data Challenges: Survey

Brands must provide a contextual experience if they want consumers to engage, according to a study by Yes Lifecycle Marketing. That’s especially true in mobile email. The study shows that over half of the 300 brands surveyed do not use purchase history or recipients’ first names to personalize communications.
