REVOLVING DOOR: Rachel Mercer Promoted To SVP, Head Of Digital Strategy, Invention At Deutsch

Deutsch New York promoted Rachel Mercer to senior vice president, head of digital strategy and invention. Mercer joined the agency in May 2016, as vice president, digital strategy director, and played a key role in the agency winning the social and digital business for AB InBev's Busch brand.

Her daily duties include overseeing digital and social outputs across clients like Sherwin-Williams, Green Giant and PNC Bank. Prior to Deutsch, Mercer worked at consulting firm The Upside in London as strategy & innovation director, building business opportunities for Adidas, Google and Kiehl's. She also worked in Deutsch's LA office, on the development of the Esurance Fuelcaster. In addition, she designed and developed products at CP+B and Mobelux.
